Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Luke, who carried out the bulb fit on my car (head and side lamps) was helpful and offered advice when he discovered an electrical fault with one of the lamps. He showed me that the new bulbs were working but when fitted, one wasn't. He checked the side lights too and I'm glad he did as they were peeling and flaking. Very nice chap and a credit to your brand. Will definitely go back to that shop again, the service and fitting was excellent.

Fantastic service! I went in in a panic but my issue was solved very quickly and fitted without any issue. I feel you do need to pay more than minimum wage to your staff out on the forecourt who have to stand in the rain fitting the parts. They deserve so much more as you have hero’s working for you!

Charged for a service that couldn’t be completed. Which was annoying but understandable. Good phone service to confirm they would refund but, I had to go in store to process which was frustrating. Got a call from the store manager to apologies but still had to go in store. Experience in store was then super frustrating. Was served by the same person whose mistake had meant I had to waste 40 minutes of my time coming in, and total lack of understanding of the inconvenience he had caused me. Really poor service not taken any responsibility and undone all the good work of the phone customer services and the store manager.

Very helpful friendly staff. Dealt with my query efficiently and even advised how I could save some money. Alex and Luc were great. Had my bulbs fitted and I was I my way in a flash. Definitely recommend this store. Thank you

Booked for 4 car bulbs to be fitted - all went well - I was 10 mins late for appointment but still got seen in 5 mins of collecting the bulbs from inside store - worth the extra money to be fitted - took bit of time to get the tail light fittings off my scenic - thank you for sorting

I’ve used them a couple of times now and had issues on both occasions. First occasion they put the light bulb for my car in the wrong way and forced it which broke the connection. The second most recent time they have cracked the red plastic cover over the light at the rear of my car but they didn’t say anything and I only noticed it after I had got home. Shame as their customer service is normally efficient.
